HomesStat was established in 2020 with the aim of providing real estate investment valuations for homes. Our mission is to automate and analyze nationwide real estate data to empower investors. We realize the difficulties real estate investors face while searching for the right investment property. So to enable investors, HomesStat designed a web platform that allows users to search and discover investment properties in any neighborhood in minutes. HomesStat mines and collects live and historical housing data from industry leading databases. Using algorithms to analyze the data, HomesStat generates a detailed and easy to understand investment summary on a property, providing predictions on market feasibility, investment cost, revenue potential, and assumptions on appreciation. Users simply search by neighborhood, review homes in that neighborhood, and view the entire summary of investment data related to that home.
